How and where we deliver, and what to do if something isn’t right.
Dispatch
We pack orders Monday to Wednesday so they never sit in a depot over the weekend. Orders placed Thursday to Sunday are packed the following Monday.
Dry products
Biltong, biltong sticks and droëwors ship Australia-wide with Australia Post. Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days depending on where you are.
Fresh boerewors
Boerewors and other fresh products are sent chilled. Because of transit times we can only deliver them to metro areas in Queensland and New South Wales. We can’t send fresh products to VIC, SA, WA, NT, TAS, the ACT, or rural QLD and NSW.
Click & collect
Choose click & collect at checkout and pick up your order from our factory at 7 Shoebury Street, Rocklea. We’ll let you know when it’s ready.
Something not right?
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t right, contact us within 48 hours on (07) 3245 3005 or [email protected] with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
