Our biltong starts with quality beef, salt, vinegar and a coriander-forward spice blend, then it’s air-dried slowly with no shortcuts. Read how it’s made. A whole biltong gives you the most control: slice it thick and wet, or thin and dry. Fresh boerewors isn’t sent this far, but every dry product ships at the standard rate.
