We deliver South African biltong, biltong sticks and droëwors across Canberra and Queanbeyan, from Gungahlin to Tuggeranong. It’s made in our Brisbane factory to the De Beer family recipe.

A desk drawer full of biltong sticks is a public-service tradition waiting to happen. They make a high-protein, no-fuss snack for long days. Canberra winters call for a whole biltong shared by the fire. We can’t get fresh boerewors to the ACT chilled, so we don’t send it, but the full dry range ships here.
