If you’re new to biltong, it’s not jerky. It’s air-dried rather than cooked, so it’s more tender, more savoury and less sweet. Here’s the difference. A 100 g pack is a cheap way to find your flavour. Fresh boerewors needs to arrive chilled, so we keep it to the metro areas. Dry products ship to Bundaberg at the standard rate.
