Up the range in Toowoomba and across the Darling Downs, there’s a long tradition of good beef. That’s a fair test for traditional South African biltong. We send our whole and sliced biltong, biltong sticks and droëwors from our Rocklea factory to Toowoomba, Highfields, Oakey and beyond.

Dry products are made for the trip. Biltong and droëwors are air-dried, so they don’t need to travel cold. Fresh boerewors is a different story: to stay safe it has to arrive chilled, and that isn’t always possible beyond the Brisbane metro area.
